COMPREHENSIVE RESIDENT SERVICES

The BHA is seeking proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Ch. 30-B § 6-a. from qualified firms to provide ongoing resident services to BHA residents, which may include one or more of the following subject program areas: clinical, consultation, case management, and care coordination services for BHA residents; service coordination for residents of BHA family public housing developments; and/or management of the DHCD-funded Transitional Housing Program.

Proposal copies are available via email only to qualified entities. Contact the Authority by e-mail at residentservices@brooklinehousing.org and include complete contact information. Proposers must indicate their intention to respond and/or submit any questions or requests for modifications no later than February 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. to residentservices@brooklinehousing.org. Sealed proposals will be received until 12:00 PM on March 4, 2021 at the Brookline Housing Authority, 90 Longwood Ave, Brookline, MA 02446. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
