Notice is hereby given, of a public hearing to be held by the Boston Water and Sewer Commission concerning its Proposed 2025-2027 Capital Improvement Program. Pursuant to Chapter 436 of the Acts of 1977 of the Massachusetts General Court, the Boston Water and Sewer Commission will hold a public hearing commencing at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at the Boston Water and Sewer Commission, 980 Harrison Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts 02119 for the purpose of giving interested persons an opportunity to present data, views, or arguments relative to the Proposed 2025-2027 Capital Improvement Program. Under the provisions of Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, signed into law by the Governor on March 29, 2023, further extending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law until March 31, 2025, this hybrid meeting will also be conducted virtually via ZOOM. The link to the ZOOM meeting can be found on www.bwsc.org. Any individual, partnership, trust, corporation, organized group or governmental entity which may be affected by the Proposed Capital Improvement Program may appear in person or virtually before the Commission at such hearing for the purpose of presenting data, views, or arguments relative to the Proposed Capital Improvement Program. Data, views, or arguments may be presented in person or virtually via ZOOM at the hearing or in the form of a memorandum, which shall be mailed to the Secretary of the Commission, at the office of the Boston Water and Sewer Commission 980 Harrison Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts 02119 on or before December 9, 2024. The hearing and any continuance thereof shall be conducted in accordance with the Boston Water and Sewer Commission’s Rules of Procedure, which may be examined at the Commission’s office.
