PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO SOUTH END URBAN RENEWAL PLAN,

PROJECT NO. MASS. R-56 FOR PARCEL X-32

Public Notice is hereby given that the Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/a the Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BRA”) will consider at its scheduled meeting on Thursday, June 15, 2017, starting at 3:30 P.M. in the Board Room – Room 900, 9th Floor, Boston City Hall, One City Hall Square a proposed modification to the South End Urban Renewal Plan regarding Parcel X-32. Said modification will facilitate the development of the Melnea Cass Apartments. This Public Notice is being provided in accordance with a certain “Conciliation Agreement” by and among the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the BRA and others, dated as of January 16, 2001.
