ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids for replacement of the Atrium Roof for the Bridge Boston Charter School will be received at the BBCS Front Desk at 435 Warren Street Roxbury, MA 02119 until 2pm prevailing time, on Wednesday May 15, 2019 at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The scope of work is the replacement of the existing atrium roof and the disposal of all existing roof materials. This work must commence no earlier than August 3rd, 2019 and must be completed no later than August 17th, 2019. Estimated construction cost is $180,000.

Contract Documents may be obtained as a Portable Document Format (PDF) file free of charge by requesting said via email from jwallace@bridgebostoncs.org. Copies may also be obtained at the school located at 435 Warren Street Roxbury, MA 02119.

A non-mandatory Prebid Conference call will be held on April 26, 2019 @ 2 pm at the Bridge Boston Charter School. Any request for interpretation of plans and specifications may be submitted in writing at that time. Bidders will have an opportunity to view the site of the work following the Prebid Conference.

All bids for this project are subject to applicable bidding laws of Massachusetts, including General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended.
