AIR POLLUTION CONTROL COMMISSION (APCC) PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the City of Boston Air Pollution Control Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on September 14th at 11:00 a.m. at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86329377111. The Commission will consider the proponent’s request for a new exemption certification for a facility located at 380 Stuart St, Boston, MA, pursuant to the Procedures and Criteria for the Issuance of Parking Freeze Permits adopted under M.G.L. Chapter 111, Section 31C.

This project consists of 175 exempt parking spaces located at 380 Stuart St. This exemption is for the construction of an underground parking garage with spaces to be shared between employees, tenants, and visitors. Issuance of the exemption would have no effect on the Downtown Boston parking freeze bank.

In accordance with Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2022, this meeting will only take place virtually at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86329377111. If you are unable to access the internet, you can call 1-929-205-6099, enter Meeting ID 863 2937 7111 # and use # as your participant ID.

Translation and sign language interpreters will be provided upon prior request. Copies of applications may be requested via email from apcc@boston.gov or viewed by appointment only at the Environment Department, Boston City Hall, Room 709, from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
