Harborview Apartments Carpet Replacement Floors 2-4 & Elevators (2)

This project is to remove and dispose of existing carpet flooring, furnish and install new carpet tiles and cove base (floors 2-4 plus two elevators) at the Harborview Apartments, a federally-subsidized building, that has 80 units and is located at 115 Scranton Ave, Falmouth, MA 02540. The estimated cost for this project is $60k. FHA has pre-selected flooring tiles to be used for project. Contractor shall field measure all areas designed to receive floor coverings and vinyl base. Contractor to provide all materials, labor, tools and related services required for performance of contract. Contractor will move & put back all common area furniture; storage areas will be provided. Mold remediation and/or Asbestos testing/Abatement/Removal may be required. Pricing proposal must include list of subcontractors (if any), list of references, construction schedule and proof of liability insurance.
