The Economic Development & Industrial Corporation of Boston (“EDIC”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), by its Chief Procurement Officer (“CPO”), is pleased to issue this Request for Qualifications (“RFP”) for 12 Channel Street Platform and Canopy Project in accordance with Massachusetts General Law c. 7C, §§ 44 – 58, as may be amended, estimated to be for a twenty month contract with EDIC. The Request for Proposal will be available beginning Monday, April 11, 2022 and may be obtained from the BPDA Website https://www.bostonplans.org/work-with-us/procurement-portal All responses to this RFP must be returned no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, May 9, 2022, to: Teresa Polhemus, Clerk, Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston, One City Hall Square, Room 910, Boston, MA 02201-1007. Fee proposals must be submitted under separate cover and in a sealed envelope.
