It is with deep sadness, that we announce the death of our loved one Johnny Perkins, Jr. who has passed away suddenly, on Sept 23, 2018 at Brockton Hospital, Brockton MA, Due to cardiac arrest. He was 38 “Johnny was loved by many”; he will be greatly missed. He is survived by parents: Winston T Perkins and Johnny Perkins, Sr., one son, JoVarie A. Perkins (20), one daughter Alasia J. Maxwell-Perkins (16).
Service will be held: Thursday, October 25, 2018 at The 12th Baptist Church, 160 Warren St Roxbury MA 02119.
Wake: 10: 00am-11:00am
Home going service: 11:00am-12:30pm
Interment: Oak Lawn Cemetery, 427 Cummins Hwy Roslindale MA 02131
