Joan Andrews was born May 23, 1949 in Boston. She was the beloved daughter of Richard and Ruth Andrews whom preceded her in death. Joan was a lifelong resident of Roxbury and a graduate of the Jeremiah Burke High school and she was employed by Verizon until her retirement. Joan loved spending time with her family, she was the sixth of seven children. Joan leaves to mourn her passing, Her Daughter Carmen A. Andrews of Connecticut, Grand-daughter Aizaja A. Rosado, of Roxbury MA: Sisters: Tallulah Morgan of Stoughton MA. ; Theresa Butler; Grace Andrews and Joy Andrews all of Dorchester one brother: Richard Andrews Jr. and sister-in-law Eleanor Andrews of Malden MA. Sister Greta Andrews whom preceded her in death. Joan also leaves a host of nieces, nephew’s extended family and friends.
