(b. April 17, 1953-d. December 3, 2023). Deborah was born in Boston, Massachusetts on April 17, 1953 to George Herbert Arthur Tynes and Ethel Josephine (Brown) Tynes. She was the middle child of five children (Ethel, George, Jonathan, and David Tynes). She was an passionate writer, teacher, and singer. She loved God, her family, and friends dearly.
