BECKETT, ADA C., 82, of Roxbury, MA, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2016, in her home.

She was born in Woburn, MA, to the late Alexander and Louise Bigger. Upon graduation from high school, she met and married Richard L. Beckett, Sr. with whom she had six (6) children and then went onto working at Freedom Electronics.

She leaves behind her loving husband, Richard, Sr., her six children, Corinne, Richele, Richard, Jr., David, William, and Denise, and fourteen (14) grandchildren and (15) great-grandchildren.

Her prayer service was held at The Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center, Roxbury MA on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 6:30 pm. A private burial was conducted at The Gardens Cemetery, West Roxbury MA on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 7:30 pm.
