Request for Responses: Local Housing Authority Legal Services

The Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) is seeking responses on behalf of Local Housing Authorities (LHAs) to prequalify legal service providers in the following areas: (1) Retained Risk Liability Program defense counsel; (2) Regional Legal Services Program including (a) housing court practice; (b) solar & renewable energy law; (c) legal specialties related to LHA operations; and (d) legal training.
