HVAC Specialist – Town of Easton Department of Public Works

The Town of Easton is accepting applications for qualified individuals to fill the position of full time HVAC Specialist for the Building & Grounds Division, 40 hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications: Associates Degree with vocational/technical training emphasis in refrigeration and heating, ventilation and air conditioning and electrical training, including 7 years of experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems; and, sheet metal fabrication, welding and blue print reading, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Possession of Massachusetts HVAC License, Massachusetts 2B Hoisting Engineers License, Fire Alarm Certificate, Low Voltage Wiring License and Sheet Metal Certificate. Possession of a Massachusetts Class B CDL License preferred.
This is a union position with excellent benefits including a municipal pension system and Step 1 is $33.447 per hour. The anticipated hiring range is $33.447–$40.744 per hour DOQ hour ($69,569.76 – $84,747.52 if annualized)– full career salary range is $33.447 – $46.548 per hour. The successful candidate must provide proof of an acceptable driving record from the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
