Finance Manager

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Finance Manager to administer, maintain and track all financial data related to conservation activities and programs of The Nature Conservancy in Massachusetts. This key position works closely with the State Director, the Chapter’s Leadership Team, and program managers to develop, monitor, manage and report on the $10.2m annual operating budget, capital projects and multi-year sustainability models. They also act as a strategic partner in advising how to best invest our resources towards our conservation objectives and fundraising priorities.
