Writing Our Truth in the Park

This intergenerational writing workshop will create a space for BIPOC women and girls to craft stories, essays, and poems about their memories in our city’s neighborhood parks. All pieces of writing created at each workshop will be considered to be published in a professionally bound book. This special book
project will be released in spring 2028. A journal, pen, and gift bag will be provided. Bring your own laptop if you would like to write digitally. Children are welcome Note: If in any event it rains, the workshop will take place virtually via Google Meet on the scheduled day of each workshop. You must register to have access to the virtual workshop.
