VISION & JUSTICE: SARAH ELIZABETH LEWIS

Sarah Elizabeth Lewis is the John L. Loeb Associate Professor of the Humanities and Associate Professor of African and African American Studies at Harvard University, an art and cultural historian, and the founder of Vision & Justice. Her research focuses on the intersection of visual representation, racial justice, and democracy in the United States from the nineteenth century through the present. 

Lewis will discuss Vision & Justice: A Civic Curriculum. This Aperture publication includes texts on topics ranging from civic space and memorials to the intersections of race, technology, and justice.
