For more than 25 years, I worked as an educator teaching communication and digital media courses to students enrolled in some of the top academic institutions in the country.

I have taught at least 10,000 students, educators, experts, leaders, and more to use their voices and talents across industries.

One day I was told the management would cut my hours.

I went from working a 30-hour week to less than 8 hours a month. I could not believe it!

All the nights of preparing my lessons, grading papers, observing classrooms, and more would come to a stop.

I knew I had to make a change.

I enrolled in personal development courses, academic training, and rigorous research to understand how to take my genius and share it with other experts and leaders.

I recognized my years in the classroom, in boardrooms, and as a sought-out speaker, signaled that there was more work for me to do.

My doctoral research of persistence and goal attainment allowed me to create online experiences to help leaders soar.

As an expert, I know what it is like to feel lost during a transition.

I remember the nights where I questioned whether I would be successful in my personal and professional life.
