TWC Movie Screening & Discussion

The Wellness Collaborative Inc, in collaboration with the Roxbury Film Festival, New England Medical Association, and The TriggerProject will screen the documentary AT YOUR CERVIX, produced by  AA producer Stephanie Dawson and A”magine Goddard.  The film chronicles the history of gynecologic research on black women during and after slavery and the need for improving informed consent in medical education.  Following the movie, panelists representing trauma informed counseling, ob-gyn, medical students and bioethics will discuss the issues inherent in this topic.  The Museum of Science is our generous host for the event.
