The Fenway Cohort 2023 Presents: Purple Produce 2.0

*Due to weather, Purple Produce 2.0 has been rescheduled for October 7th.*

Purple Produce is where hip-hop meets wellness. Kyara Andrade, a.k.a DJ TROY Frost first hosted Purple Produce, a ‘heal thy self art jam,’ in 2022, with the goal of providing people of African Descent in the Boston area the opportunity to learn how they can take their healing into their own hands through the resources and establishments available to us in Boston and beyond.

This fall, Purple Produce 2.0, will bring a colorful blend of experiences together to celebrate Black-owned businesses in the wellness sector while immersing people in the essence of some of the key elements of Hip-Hop. Join us for a vibrant day of community, featuring rotating DJ sets, live performances, self-care activities, live art and local wellness vendors.

Kyara Andrade is part of The Fenway Cohort Class of 2023, an intentional initiative designed to support entrepreneurs and practitioners in arts and culture, wellness and public health, and the LGBTQ+ community, each an important root of The Fenway’s DNA. Purple Produce 2.0 is intended to foster an inclusive environment that provides richer and better experiences open to all.
