Roxbury, known for being the heart and soul of Boston’s black culture, will be celebrated for her beauty, diversity, culture, and her resiliency. Let’s walk to pay homage and celebrate our love for Roxbury – a city like no other!

Enjoy music, light breakfast, and face painter
12:15 pm Opening Ceremonies
1:00 pm – Parade Steps Off

Malcolm X Park
12:00 pm Resource Fair
1:00-4:00 pm Enjoy music with live performances by Perfect Example, Chosen, and other artists behind the Shelburne Community Center on Washington Street.

PARADE ROUTE
​Rain or shine, the parade will start on Malcolm X Blvd @ 1:00pm. The parade will end at the Shelburne Community Center on Washington Street.
