Roxbury Cultural District to host inaugural Community Arts and Cultural Convening

The Roxbury Cultural District’s (RCD) inaugural Convening is an opportunity to present and gather feedback from community-based artists and residents on where RCD goes from here.

 

 

WHAT:            Roxbury Cultural District’s Community Arts and Cultural Inaugural Convening. The convening which also includes the RCD’s Annual Meeting is free. Refreshments will be served.

 

WHEN:            Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm

 

WHERE:         Hibernian Hall, 184 Dudley Street Boston, MA 02119

 

WHO:              The Roxbury Cultural District Board, Community Based artists and performers.

 

Special Guest: Michael Bobbitt, Executive Director of the Massachusetts

                        Cultural Council, will give remarks.

 

WHY:              The Roxbury Cultural District celebrates Roxbury’s rich arts and cultural assets. RCD represents Nubian Square and John Eliot Square.
