Public Spaces…Invite Only? A Discussion on Access & Belonging | Fierce Urgency of Now festival

There are beautiful public outdoor spaces throughout Greater Boston, but do we all feel welcome in those spaces? How do we re-think the planning, design, and governance of these public spaces to further advance access? What can be done to publicize some of the great hidden gems our community has to offer so that everyone can utilize them?

Join us for a conversation about access & belonging in Boston’s open spaces. Panelists will represent some great landmarks our city has to offer, but most importantly, share how our city can offer these spaces as more welcoming and more inclusive for everyone.

Presented by City Awake, a program of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Sponsored by Barr FoundationJohn Hancock, and P&G Gillette.
