Green New Dance Party

Join us for a fun, family-friendly celebration uplifting the work of a variety of organizations focused on creating the sustainable Boston we want to see. Enjoy music and dancing, Nigerian food, and hands-on activities. Learn how to get involved in local efforts around sustainable food, composting, biking, green energy, and more. Meet composting worms, contribute to a climate zine, get your bike repaired for free, press fresh apple cider and get down in the garden with A Trike Called Funk’s DJing & mobile dance floor!

Partners include: Dorchester Food Coop, The Trustees Boston Community Gardens, The Food Project, Urban Farming Institute, Boston Cyclists’ Union, Dotbike Kitchen, Resonant Energy, Asian American Resource Workshop, OASIS on Ballou, All In Energy and more to come! Tasty Nigerian food from Suya Joint.

Free and open to all, with food and produce available for sale from local vendors. Registration at https://thetrustees.org/event/65007/ is appreciated but not required–it helps us plan. We encourage attendees to wear masks when close to others to help keep you and our community safe.
