Greater Boston Sickle Cell Disease Assoc. – Virtual Annual Walk for Sickle Cell

Join us for our Virtual Walk for Sickle Cell Disease as a part of a national effort to find a cure. Given the challenges presented by the COVID 19 pandemic, we are committed to protecting the health of our members and supporters. While we won’t be walking side – by – side this year, we will still be walking together. Once you have registered, you can begin raising funds for programs and services to support individuals and families living with sickle cell disease.

SHARE YOUR STORY
Tell us what this walk means to you. We are looking for 2-3 minute videos to feature in the day of event program. If you wish to
participate, email us at info@gbscda.org for more details. Deadline for videos is Friday, October 17th.

T-Shirts
All REGISTERED walkers will receive a t-shirt. We will contact you to see the quickest and most efficient way to get t-shirts to you.

SPREAD THE WORD
 Post a video on your social media page asking for support
 Reach out to your network. Encourage them to also register and
participate in the Walk for Sickle Cell Disease.

EVENT DETAILS
Date: Saturday, October 24, 2020
