FUUSN Musicians Concert (Benefit for the UU Urban Ministry of Roxbury)

Come and hear the wonderful musicians of the First Unitarian Universalist Society in concert on Sunday, February 10, 3pm in the FUUSN Sanctuary. This year’s concert is a fundraiser for the UU Urban Ministry – the social service organization located at the First Church in Roxbury. You’ll hear renowned pianist Lois Shapiro, professional saxophonist and composer Geoff Wadsworth, and the intrepid FUUSN Band. There will be a fantastic array of musical styles and moods: classical works, traditional fiddle tunes, original jazz and rock compositions, and more. We’ll continue our new tradition of Cookies at Intermission!, and there will be a reception following the concert. The concert is free and open to the public. Donations will be gratefully accepted for the UU Urban Ministry (www.uuum.org).
