Covenanting Together for God’s Church: Worship Service

Join us on June 4, 2023 from 5:00–7:00 p.m. for a night of unity and worship as we celebrate the covenant between Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and Black ministry leaders. (Registration is not required.)

The event will take place at Morning Star Baptist Church and will include speakers and music from the seminary and congregations who have signed the covenant. Among the speakers are:

  • Bishop John Borders, Pastor of Morning Star Baptist Church
  • Rev. Dr. J. Anthony Lloyd, Chair of Gordon-Conwell—Boston’s Board of Advisors, Pastor of Greater Framingham Community Church
  • Rev. David Wright, Gordon-Conwell Board member, Ministerial staff at Peoples Baptist Church, Executive Director Black Ministerial Alliance/Ten Point Coalition
  • Dr. Scott Sunquist, President of Gordon-Conwell
