Join us at Roxbury Heritage State Park to celebrate the life and words of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with programs for children and for adults.
Saturday, January 14, 10:30am-11:30am, we invite families for a story-hour and artmaking. We will read a beautiful children’s book about young Martin and create a collage inspired by his words.
Sunday, January 15, 2:00pm-3:00pm, we offer a special tour inside the Dillaway-Thomas House, inspired by Dr. King’s words and focused on his Roxbury connections and the 1965 march in Boston.
Both programs are free.
