Botany Club for Teens

Botany Club is fun April school vacation drop-off program for teens ages 12-15 that encourages the scientific study of plants in both outdoor and indoor settings. Youth will study plant parts and functions, make models of plant structures, perform flower dissections, experiment with photosynthesis, respiration and transpiration, and learn a bit about plant classification.

All materials and snacks are included in program cost, and scholarship is available per request.

Program is held rain or shine, and teens should come dressed appropriately for outdoor exploration.

Fee $50; scholarship available.
