Boston Baroque Presents Free Community Concert at The Strand Theatre

Mayor Marty Walsh has invited Grammy- nominated Boston Baroque to perform its seventh annual Free Community Concert at the Strand Theatre (543 Columbia Rd, Dorchester) on Sunday, December 29 at 2pm. Ring in the New Year with family and friends and enjoy a program of Baroque favorites from Germany, Italy and France, including Bach’s Concerto in D for three violins, and Corelli’s sparkling Concerto Grosso No. 6. Boston Baroque’s recordings and tours have captivated music lovers around the globe and you can hear them for free in the grandeur of Boston’s beloved Strand Theatre. Families are welcome! The event is free, but tickets are required.
