Boston Arts Academy 20th Anniversary Weekend Extravaganza

The Boston Arts Academy is celebrating its 20th Anniversary over the Weekend Extravaganza of May 18- May 20, 2018. As part of the celebration, the first Annual Creative Black-Tie Dinner will be held featuring the Academy Honors and its student performances.

The anniversary celebration will bring out the prominent leaders of entertainment industry, the arts and politics including Massachusetts Governor Charles Baker and First Lady Lauren Baker, Mayor of Boston Martin J. Walsh, Golden Globe Award Winner Maura Tierney, MacArthur Fellow Art Activist Rick Lowe, ,recording industry legend Michael Bivins, Fashion Week Founder Jay Calderin, Liz Kelner Pozen, Actress Shannon Allen. In addition, BAA’s very own alumni Diane Guerrero, star actor in the award-winning Netflix’s show Orange is the New Black, and Belén Pereyra-Alem, Dancer at Alvin Ailey Dance Theater, will also be present.
