Black Men’s Advocacy Day
Please join Union of Minority Neighborhoods, MA State Rep. Bud Williams and other collaborative partners for a day of inspiration, brotherhood and agenda-setting as we connect at the state capitol – the Massachusetts State House! We are standing together statewide to address issues of housing, education and poverty and to advocate for ourselves and our greater community!

In the spirit of the anniversary of the Million Man March, it is critical that Black Men, in light of what’s happening and coming with the election of 2020, must become re-engaged, involved and provide leadership and healing for ourselves and each other at this critical time. We no longer have the luxury to be seen as irrelevant on issues impacting our community.

Meetings are being organized with top legislative leadership including the Governor, the Speaker of the House, the president of the Senate and various committee chairs. More info to come, but we invite ALL black men to join us – including professionals, leaders, students, groups and individuals.
