43rd Annual Roslindale Day Parade
The 43rd Annual Roslindale Day Parade will step off at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 14th from Washington Street at Adams Park in Roslindale Village, proceeding up South Street, to Belgrade Avenue, to West Roxbury Parkway, to Centre Street, to South Street, and concluding with activities and performances in Fallon Field. The parade will feature marching bands, professional floats, community groups, local businesses, costumed characters for children, classic cars, dance troupes, military and veterans group, elected officials, candidates for office, and much more! Some of the 130+ groups scheduled to participate include the entire Aleppo Shriners Tour of Duty, the Roxbury Preparatory Charter School, the Pan Loco Steel Ensemble, The English High School, Boston Latin School, and Community Academy of Science & Health (CASH) bands, O’Bryant NJROTC, Mozart-Philbrick School Band, along with groups from many other Boston public schools. Several radio stations, including AMP 103.3 and Hot 96.9, will be on hand.
