Housing Diversion Specialist
Project Hope
The Diversion Specialist will be responsible for providing assessment, and diversion services to families who have applied for Emergency Assistance at the Dudley Square DHCD office. The Diversion Specialist will explore all possible options with each family and consider creative solutions to solve their current housing crisis.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of housing search experience and/or case management experience required;
- A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field or relevant experience preferred;
- Ability to work closely with team and with diverse population;
- Computer proficiency;
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
