Safe Haven Manager

The Safe Haven Manager (SHM) is responsible for the operation of On The Rise’s Safe Haven and Street Outreach Programs, including program management and coordination, program development and evaluation, and collaboration and community outreach. She directly supervises a team of 4 Community Advocates whose work is primarily focused on homeless women. She manages the overall day-to-day operations of Safe Haven and Street Outreach Programs, overseeing and ensuring top-quality community and on-site direct services.
