
Jerome McCluskey has recently joined Latham & Watkins LLP as a partner in their Banking and Private Equity Finance Division. Mr. McCluskey joined Latham & Watkins from Charlesbank Capital Partners in Boston, where he was the managing director of general counsel and the chief commercial officer. A graduate of Harvard University, Mr. McCluskey received his Bachelor of Arts in Government before earning his Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School. Throughout the course of his career, he has co-authored The LSTA’s Complete Credit Agreement Guide (Loan Syndications and Trading Association), which has been widely regarded as one of the leading manuals in the syndicated credit market. He is also a fellow in the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers, a professional organization focused on the education and advancement of individuals in the field of commercial finance law. Outside of the workplace, Mr. McCluskey volunteers on the Board of Audubon Alaska and is also a member of the board of visitors at Stanford Law School, his alma mater.
