The Urban College of Boston just announced and welcomed Dr. Aisha Miller and Dr. Priscilla H. Douglas as its inaugural executives in residence. The new executive in residence program will usher in a new era of thought partnership and mentorship as the series will develop the Urban College of Boston’s networks and the connections with their students.
Dr. Miller has worked in and served the Commonwealth for over a decade. Before her position at Related Beal, Mayor Marty Walsh appointed Miller as the chief of the civic engagement cabinet for the city of Boston.
Dr. Douglas is the founder and principal of PH Douglas & Associates, a consulting firm whose primary focus is to work with leaders and businesses from non-governmental organizations to financial services, ensuring their success.
She graduated from Northeastern University, earning her Bachelor of Science in English and history and later received her master’s in education from Northeastern before earning a Doctorate in education from Harvard University.
Douglass uses her career experience in government, academia and business to bolster her practices at PH Douglas & Associates.
