Monday, Jan. 20 is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a celebration and honoring of the work done by the famed civil rights leader. Organizations around Boston are offering free museum admission, family-friendly activities and live performances for the occasion.
Embrace Honors MLK

Info: This elegant gala honoring MLK has a fun spin, guests are encouraged to wear their finest formal attire but paired with their coolest sneakers. At the event local leaders will be honored in an aware ceremony followed by a headline performance.
Museum of Fine Arts Boston MLK Day Open House
