The Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce has announced Darnell Dunn as its new director of business recruitment. Dunn will be responsible for spearheading initiatives aimed at attracting new businesses to the Worcester region while also fostering the growth and expansion of existing businesses.

Before his position at the Chamber, Darnell was a senior associate at Rubric Commercial LLC, a full-service, Worcester-based commercial real estate brokerage firm. There he concentrated on landlord and tenant representation for office and industrial property in Central Massachusetts. Before joining Rubric, he spent nearly a decade in Ecuador providing insightful, data-driven recommendations to real estate clients from North America, Europe and Asia at Abundant Living Ecuador.

“We are excited to welcome Darnell and fill this very important role of director of business recruitment,” said Tim Murray, president and CEO of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Dunn is a resident of Waltham, Massachusetts. He sits on the board of the Worcester Economics Club and serves as an entrepreneur-in-residence at Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s Business Development Lab.
