• People who are 60 or older
• People with two or more certain medical conditions*

• K-12 educators, K-12 school staff and child care workers
• Workers in certain categories, such as grocery stores or restaurants
Eligible April 5, 2021:
• People who are 55 or older
• People with one certain medical condition*
Eligible April 19, 2021 (Phase 3)
• All residents 16 and older
*Medical conditions:
• Asthma (moderate-to-severe)
• Cancer
• Chronic kidney disease
• Chronic lung disease
• Dementia
• Diabetes — type 1 and 2
• Down syndrome
• Heart conditions, such as heart failure and coronary artery disease
• HIV Infection
• Hypertension
• Liver disease
• Organ or blood stem cell transplant
• Overweight and obesity (BMI of 25 or higher)
• Pregnancy
• Sickle cell disease or thalassemia
• Smoking — current or former
• Stroke
• Substance use disorders
• Weakened immune system
