The Elder Service Plan, part of Harbor Health Services, is seeking per diem Home Care Aids. Hours are primarily early morning, evenings and weekends in Dorchester, Mattapan, JP, Quincy, Weymouth, Stoughton and Norwood. The Home Care Aide/CNA provides personal care at home and care management as it relates to the comfort, care and safety of our client. Offering a sign on bonus!!
Minimum Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, Competency/command of the English language (must be able to read, write and speak,) one year of experience working with a Geriatric population is required.
Required Certifications and Licenses: Home Health Aide Certification, CNA or PCA Certification, 2 years of experience and valid driver’s license preferred.
