Human Resources Generalists

East Cambridge Savings Bank’s Loan Operations Department is actively recruiting for a Human Resources Generalists.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent through specialized course work and training
• At least three years experience in Human Resources which includes recruitment, benefits administration and payroll processing
• Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving and verbal communication skills
• Strong written communication skills, which includes the ability to draft correspondence, memos and letters
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Able to work additional hours as needed.
