Full-Time Staff Accountant I

East Cambridge Savings Bank’s Accounting Division is actively recruiting for a Full-Time Staff Accountant I.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent through specialized course work and training preferred.
• 1-3 years financial reporting or staff accountant experience
• Knowledge of a Bank Accounting environment preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Self-directed critical thinker (ability to work independently)
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Excellent verbal communication skills
