Maintenance Mechanics

Boston based property management firm, Cruz Management Company seeks experienced candidates, to fill open positions, in our maintenance department location, in the Boston area.

Must have 5+ years of experience in property maintenance including: painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, snow removal. Must have own tools, valid driver’s license, own vehicle for travel to properties.
