Technical Services Supervisor

The Technical Services Supervisor at the Massachusetts Port Authority supervises outside contractor services including Environmental Maintenance & Emergency Response, Baggage Handling Systems, Passenger Loading Bridges, Elevator/Escalator/Walkway, Skilled Trades Maintenance, Performance Based Building Cleaning, Fire Alarm Testing & Maintenance, Concession Grease Management, Window Cleaning, Paging Systems, Pest Control, CCTV & Access Control Systems.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management, or equivalent professional work experience required.

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years’ experience managing contractor services within a large physical plant required.
