Loan Servicer II

East Cambridge Savings Bank’s Loan Servicing Department is actively recruiting for a Loan Servicer II.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Banking environment performing retail or servicing duties with 1-3 years loan servicing experience preferred;
  or
  2 or more years experience in a Banking environment performing retail or servicing duties and loan servicing experience required.
• Working knowledge of OSI-DNA a plus
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
