The Senior Asset Manager at the Massachusetts Port Authority provides senior level lease and portfolio management and analysis for Massport’s waterfront commercial and maritime real estate assets in South Boston, East Boston, and Charlestown, which are managed by the Real Estate & Asset Management Department; supervises lease management staff of 2-3; develops and manages lease data collection and analysis systems; undertakes special projects supporting the Asset Management Unit as assigned by Deputy Director, Portfolio and Asset Management.
EDUCATIONAL LEVEL B.A. degree required; M.A. preferred. Degree concentration in business administration, economics, and/or real estate preferred.
EXPERIENCE IN RELATED FIELD 7 to 9 years’ work experience working in real estate leasing, management or development, with particular focus on lease negotiations, financial analysis, revenue and expense projection and tracking.
