Boston based General Contractor Developer seeks experienced construction superintendent professional to manage construction of single-family subdivision of 30 homes in Boston including construction of new city street. Estimated build-out cost is $11,000,000. Estimated build-out time is three years.
REQUIREMENTS
- City of Boston or State Superintendent License.
- Minimum of 5-Plus Years’ Experience
