It’s weekend of comedy and music. Here’s a look at what’s hot in the city!

Tonight (Thursday) comedy vet Dom Irrera performs at Laugh Boston at 8 p.m. Tickets: $20 and $30; www.laughboston.com.

On Friday, Berklee College of Music presents singer Lizz Wright and vibraphonist Stefon Harris with the Rainbow Band at David Friend Recital Hall at 7:30 p.m. Admission: Free.

The Shubert Theatre hosts The Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival: Wyatt Cenac’s 39th Surprise Birthday Comedy Show this Saturday, April 18 at 8:30 p.m. The festival features a mix of comedy and music with Eugene Mirman, Wyatt Cenac, Phoebe Robinson, John Hodgman, Bill Janovitz & the Needy Sons and more.
