Procurement Specialist
Massachusetts Port Authority
The Procurement Specialist at the Massachusetts Port Authority is responsible for processing contracts and the related purchase order transactions. The Procurement Specialist coordinates the required documentation for the procurement files. He or she works with departments to facilitate the processing of the necessary information for the contracts.
EDUCATION LEVEL: High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree in business or equivalent related work experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE IN RELATED FIELD: 1 – 3 years’ relevant administrative experience required. Familiarity with procurement rules and procedures strongly preferred. Familiarity with PeopleSoft financials strongly preferred.
