We love solving hard problems that move democracy and our communities forward. Founder is Adam Friedman.

THE TECH CONNECTION unifies underrepresented groups in the technology industry. They connect minority tech talent to workforce opportunities to both accelerate careers and support the high demand for employees in this sector. Specifically, they work with early career Software Engineering and IT professionals from underrepresented backgrounds and connect them to start-up companies. By combining strong technical talent to emerging challenges they will give candidates an opportunity to gain valuable work experience that will lead to long-term career success. To further develop talented candidates they are creating an online platform to connect candidates with mentors who are dedicated to the development of talent from underrepresented communities. Creative high-tech innovation is happening all around us, and The Tech Connection is here to make sure people of all backgrounds are able to make history together. Founder is Melissa James.
